Professionals with ADHD: My approach is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it. We shift focus to your innate strengths, create customized structures and systems, and rewrite your personal working rules so that getting things done becomes easy and painless.

 

I work with clients in a few ways. Through 1:1 coaching and organizational trainings, I provide deeply personalized, real-time support — I often function as an honorary member of your team, standing beside you as we solve problems together. Along the way, I teach practical frameworks and strategies that rapidly expand your leadership and execution skillset.

 

I’ve also distilled over 14 years of coaching experience into workshops and group trainings. I teach teams the proven systems that hundreds of clients have used to build managerial skills, improve team dynamics, and boost productivity.
