Refund Policy

Services

 

All coaching sessions, training sessions, and live workshops are non-refundable once they have been conducted.

 

You may cancel the remainder of a prepaid coaching package at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email to info@labcoatleadership.com. Upon cancellation, clients will receive a refund for the prorated value of any remaining unused sessions. Sessions that have already been completed will not be refunded.

 

Group trainings and workshops must be cancelled at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled event by sending a written cancellation request via email to info@labcoatleadership.com. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be issued a credit which can be applied towards future coaching and services, and must be used within 1 year of the originally scheduled date.

 

Products

For the sale of certain products, Labcoat Leadership Consulting, LLC (the "Company") provides a money-back guarantee.  That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.  The money-back guarantee does not apply to any 1:1 coaching, group coaching and/or live workshops (virtual or otherwise); these are governed by the Services refund policy as outlined above.

 

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase.  You may request your money back by emailing info@labcoatleadership.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must show that you have completed all of the work associated with the products, including, but not limited to all worksheets, responses to prompts, videos watched, etc.

 

Refund Process

 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

 

If you receive a refund of any purchase or service, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources. 

 

Any customer may redeem a money-back guarantee from the Company only once regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product under this money-back guarantee, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund for any other product or service purchased from the Company.
